3M™ Lactose Broth

Description: Medium for detection of coliforms by the Most Probable Number (MPN) and for pre-enrichment of samples for Salmonella testing. Also used for pre-enrichment of samples for Salmonella testing in conjunction with 3M™ Tecra™ Salmonella Visual Immunoassay kit.

Lactose
Beef Extract
Meat Peptone
Final pH 6.9 ± 0.2 at 25°C Adjust pH as required to meet performance criteria.
